技術簡介
隨著高階燈具對性能要求提升,傳統切換式電源因體積、重量及效率限制,難以滿足需求。現有分段式LED線性電源因切換段數少,轉換效率低,若增加段數則控制電路變複雜,難以商品化。本研究優化分段切換機制,使電源在不同負載下保持高效運行。此外,降低頻閃對高性能LED電源至關重要,影響照明品質與人眼健康,且受嚴格法規管制。本研究採用兩段式閘極電壓控制技術,減少切換過程中的頻閃與電流尖波,符合加州頻閃標準,提升燈具穩定性與壽命,滿足高端市場需求。
Abstract
As high-end lighting demands higher performance, traditional switching power supplies face limitations in size, weight, and efficiency, making them insufficient. Existing segmented LED linear power supplies have low conversion efficiency due to limited switching segments, while increasing segments complicates control circuits, hindering commercialization. This study optimizes the segmented switching mechanism to maintain high efficiency under varying loads. Moreover, reducing flicker is crucial for high-performance LED power supplies, as it affects lighting quality, eye health, and is subject to strict regulations. This study employs a two-stage gate voltage control technique to minimize flicker and current spikes during switching, meeting California flicker standards, enhancing lighting stability and lifespan, and fulfilling high-end market demands.

目前 DOB(Driver on Board)電源 已進入試量產階段,並具備 12W輸入功率、95.13%電源效率、17.283%閃爍百分比,以及5~100%調光範圍。該電源採用多階分段切換技術,達到高轉換效率,同時透過兩段式閘極電壓控制,有效抑制切換過程中的頻閃與電流尖波,使其符合嚴格的頻閃標準。相較於傳統線性電源,本技術在提升能效的同時降低電源體積與發熱,適用於高端LED照明應用,確保穩定性與壽命,滿足市場對低頻閃、高品質照明的需求。
