技術簡介
本技術已建立低再生溫度(<80℃)的高濕型(適用40~90RH%)/低濕型(適用20~90RH%)/極低濕型(適用5~90RH%)MOF吸附劑量產配方及製程、knowhow,並完成吸附劑試量產,用以取代耗能的傳統吸附劑(如: 沸石、活性氧化鋁)。每批次生產量出百公斤級,並等同實驗等級吸附量的MOF。本技術亦將MOF粉體造粒成型,以解決粉體應用的侷限(粉塵飛揚、運送不易、使用性受),擴展MOF應用性領域。所產出粒徑2~5 mm的MOF顆粒。
Abstract
This technology has established the large-scale manufacturing process, and critical expertise for MOF adsorbents with low regeneration temperatures (<80°C), tailored for high-humidity (40–90% RH), low-humidity (20–90% RH), and ultra-low-humidity (5–90% RH) environments. A successful pilot-scale production has demonstrated the potential of these MOF adsorbents to replace conventional energy-intensive adsorbents such as zeolites and activated alumina. Each production batch achieves a scale of several hundred kilograms while maintaining adsorption performance comparable to that of laboratory-grade MOFs. The produced MOF powder has been granulated and shaped to address the inherent limitations of powder-based applications, including dust dispersion, handling difficulties, and reduced usability. The resulting MOF granules, with particle sizes ranging from 2 to 5 mm, expand the applicability of MOFs across diverse fields by enhancing their practicality in industrial processes.
技術規格
1. 節能(>80℃低溫再生)MOF吸濕材料試量產技術:透過篩選合適前驅物、製程開發、操作單元選擇、以及操作條件優化,每批次可試量產>120 kg MOF,產率>95%。
2. MOF吸濕顆粒製程:藉由系統整合、操作參數調整以及黏著劑篩選,可產出2~5 mm粒徑之MOF顆粒。該顆粒可達>20N抗壓強度、<2 wt%磨耗率、>400 kg/m3堆積密度。符合填充塔的應用需求。

1. Pilot-Scale Production Technology for Energy-Efficient (>80°C Low-Temperature Regeneration) MOF Hygroscopic Materials:
This technology enables the pilot-scale production of over 120 kg of MOF per batch, achieving a yield exceeding 95%.
2. MOF Granule Production Process:
MOF granules with particle sizes ranging from 2 to 5 mm have been successfully produced. These granules exhibit a compressive strength exceeding 20 N, a attrition rate of less than 2 wt.%, and a bulk density greater than 400 kg/m³, making them highly suitable for packed bed applications in industrial adsorption systems.
技術特色
本技術以無毒綠色合成技術,篩選適用的操作單元,建立百公斤級MOF粉體試量產製程。整體產率>95 %。所合成之MOF均具有低溫(<80℃)再生以及高水氣吸附率的特性。產出之MOF粉體可造粒成型為2~5 mm顆粒。產出之顆粒已實際於半導體業進行設備性能驗證,可取代壓縮空氣吸附乾燥機內的傳統氧化鋁吸附劑,且達到10%以上節能效益。
上述技術均已達試量產規模,可直接技轉給商用製程使用。
