技術簡介
本發明為可調式放熱量吸附顆粒製備和應用方法,透過製備不同放熱量和吸附量之吸附顆粒,將多種吸附顆粒混合填充於二氧化碳吸附反應器中,可使吸附顆粒兼具吸附與分散功能,應用時不需另加分散材料。此外,該顆粒密度可依製程不同控制在0.3-0.8 g/cm3,且不同放熱量之吸附顆粒密度接近,可使吸附顆粒填充於反應器進行二氧化碳吸脫附操作中,不因氣流擾動產生分層現象,具備均勻分散之優點,解決傳統固體吸附顆粒填充於反應器進行吸附操作時,產生局部高溫裂化問題。
Abstract
The invention relates to a method for preparing and applying adjustable exothermic adsorbent particles. By preparing adsorbent particles with different exothermic capacities and absorption amounts, multiple types of adsorbent particles can be mixed and filled into a carbon dioxide adsorption reactor. This allows the adsorbent particles to perform both absorption and dispersion functions during application, eliminating the need for additional dispersion materials. Additionally, the particle density can be controlled between 0.3-0.8 g/cm3 through process adjustments, and adsorbent particles with similar densities but varying exothermic capacities can be filled into the reactor for carbon dioxide adsorption-desorption operations. This results in uniform dispersion of the adsorbent particles and avoids local high-temperature cracking problems associated with traditional solid adsorbent particles filled into reactors for adsorption operations.
