本技術透過智慧教案佈建、多條件搜尋篩選與標準化量測評估技術，提供臨床訓練教案的高效開發與應用機制。系統整合23項嚴肅遊戲訓練課程與專業心理課程，支援ADHD、憂鬱症、焦慮症等適應症患者的個人化訓練與療效分析。透過Low-Code開發模組，治療師與醫師可快速建立、調整並上架教案，並運用多元量測設備（如ADHD腕表、語言治療裝置、VR設備）記錄患者訓練數據，提供可視化歷程追蹤與動態療程調整機制。系統內建標準化心理狀態評估工具，並結合智能推薦技術，根據患者的治療進展自動調整訓練計畫，提高臨床適用性與療效。透過ISO27001與ISO27701資安標準，確保個案數據的安全與隱私，並導入定期弱掃與異地備份機制，強化資料完整性。整體而言，該系統不僅提升數位療法的臨床應用價值，更推動個人化醫療與跨平台協作的發展。

Abstract

This technology leverages intelligent lesson plan deployment, multi-criteria search filtering, and standardized measurement and evaluation techniques to enable efficient development and application of clinical training programs. The system integrates 23 serious game-based training courses and professional psychological curricula, supporting personalized training and efficacy analysis for patients with ADHD, depression, and anxiety disorders. Through a Low-Code development module, therapists and physicians can rapidly create, modify, and deploy lesson plans. The platform also incorporates multi-modal measurement devices (e.g., ADHD wristbands, speech therapy tools, VR systems) to record patient training data, offering visualized progress tracking and dynamic therapy adjustments. Equipped with standardized psychological assessment tools, the system integrates AI-driven recommendations to automatically adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, enhancing clinical applicability and therapeutic outcomes. Adhering to ISO27001 and ISO27701 security standards, the platform ensures data security and privacy through regular vulnerability scanning and offsite backup mechanisms to maintain data integrity. Overall, this system enhances the clinical value of digital therapeutics, promotes personalized medicine, and facilitates cross-platform collaboration in modern healthcare.

■ Lesson Plan Marketplace Deployment System ˙ This system integrates with domestic and international lesson plan marketplaces (e.g., Steam) to establish a rapid deployment mechanism for lesson plans. It features a multi-lesson composite search and filtering module, enabling advanced search capabilities, lesson plan collection, introductions, and applicability assessments. The platform allows therapists, physicians, and industry education experts to collaboratively develop and publish curated therapeutic programs after rigorous review. ˙ The system consolidates 23 serious training lesson plans from Steam—each backed by clinical validation, academic research, and achievement records—along with professional online psychology courses from domestic mental health platforms. It supports training applications for at least two types of disorders, such as ADHD, depression, and anxiety, enabling both training execution and outcome analysis. ˙ A prototype of a no-code execution engine is provided, defining standardized lesson plan development workflows, deployment processes, and specifications. The platform introduces a graphical Low-Code programming module with templates, ensuring that lesson content remains adaptable to the latest clinical research and technological advancements. This feature empowers therapists to create and optimize lesson plans efficiently. ■ Therapeutic Progress Recording and Analysis System ˙ This system provides a universal measurement and evaluation interface equipped with standardized assessment tools. It enables psychological state evaluation, therapy progress tracking, and training effectiveness analysis. The system integrates with measurement devices such as speech therapy tools and ADHD wristbands, as well as various input devices including game controllers, keyboards, mice, and VR equipment. ˙ The system consolidates patient therapy records, visualizes treatment progress, and provides assessment tools to assist physicians and therapists in real-time case tracking, therapy adjustments, and cross-platform collaboration. It also includes diagnostic measurement tools and questionnaire-based assessments to support clinical evaluations. Physicians and therapists can create personalized training programs for patients, specifying training guidelines, tools, frequency, and key considerations. ˙ The platform incorporates training plan scheduling, lesson execution, and patient training record management modules. It offers self-assessment tools, a digital dashboard, training guidance, query functions, and historical record reviews to enhance patient engagement and therapy effectiveness. ˙ The system is designed to comply with ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 security standards. It includes periodic vulnerability scanning and a remote database backup mechanism to ensure data integrity and cybersecurity.
