技術名稱: 登山山力評估及路線建議測試方法

技術簡介

透過室內體適能測試預估室外實際運動之最大攝氧量、評估實際健行時的心肺挑戰。結果顯示簡單親民的健行路線對一般民眾仍具心肺挑戰;體能較佳者(預估最大攝氧量較高者),健行過程中平均心率與最大心率對應之儲備心率百分比較低、同樣運動時強度相對較低;平均心率和最大心率預估最大攝氧量之可解釋程度較低,顯示尚有其他參數影響。

Abstract

By using indoor fitness tests to estimate the maximum oxygen uptake (VO₂ max) for outdoor activities, and evaluate the cardiovascular challenges during hiking. The results indicate that even simple and accessible hiking trails pose a cardiovascular challenge to the general public. Individuals with higher fitness levels (i.e., those with higher estimated VO₂ max) tend to have a lower percentage of heart rate reserve corresponding to their average and maximum heart rates during hiking, indicating a relatively lower exercise intensity. Additionally, the explanatory power of average and maximum heart rates for estimating VO₂ max is low, suggesting that other influencing parameters are involved.
