技術簡介

本技術結合生物科技、建築材料與農業生技等領域的創新技術，致力於開發多元化的竹材加工產品，目前已研發出七項具創新性的竹製產品，包括新型態空氣淨化產品、優質化竹炭貓砂、多樣居家驅蟻產品、天然蔬果保鮮材料、綠色生物製劑、竹絲健康板與竹纖維濾材等產品。這些產品運用竹材資源，結合居家樂活概念，不僅提升生活品質，更導入健康養生的新理念。此外，透過竹材的二級與三級加工技術，帶動一級竹材的銷售與管理，促進竹產業的永續發展與市場價值提升。

Abstract

It mainly combines technologies from the fields of biotechnology, building materials and agricultural biotechnology. It has developed a total of 7 innovative bamboo processing products, including new air purification products, high-quality bamboo charcoal cat litter, various home ant repellent products, natural vegetable and fruit preservation materials, green biological agents, bamboo silk health boards and bamboo fiber filter products, etc. It combines forest products with home living to improve the overall quality of life and achieve a new concept of health and wellness. It drives the sales and management of primary bamboo materials through the secondary/tertiary processed products of the bamboo industry.

技術規格

奈米技術＋生物可分解塑膠 → 製備竹活性碳複合濾網，去除80％以上甲醛/VOCs，20％ CO/生物氣膠，並開發桌上型空氣清淨機。 除臭＋抑菌 → 除臭率提升至80％，更換週期延長，抑菌率90％以上。 天然驅蟻配方 → 植物萃取，對白蟻忌避率80％以上，無毒性，較市售品安全。 竹醋液防治病蟲害 → 對粉介殼蟲、蚜蟲、象鼻蟲及多種病害防治率80％。 竹炭保鮮 → 延長水果保鮮期2倍以上。 竹絲纖維板 → 符合日本法規，調濕穩定，抗菌率95％。 竹纖維重金屬吸附 → 經表面改質，吸附率80％以上。

Technical Specification

1.Nanotechnology ＋ biodegradable plastics → Preparation of bamboo activated carbon composite filter, removing more than 80％ of formaldehyde/VOCs, 20％ of CO/biogas, and developing a desktop air purifier. 2.Deodorization ＋ antibacterial → The deodorization rate is increased to 80％, the replacement cycle is extended, and the antibacterial rate is over 90％. 3.Natural ant repellent formula → Plant extract, termite repellency rate over 80％, non-toxic, safer than commercial products. 4.Bamboo vinegar liquid for pest control → The control rate for mealybugs, aphids, weevils and various diseases is 80％. 5.Bamboo charcoal preservation → Extend the shelf life of fruits by more than 2 times. 6.Bamboo fiberboard → Complies with Japanese regulations, has stable humidity control, and has an antibacterial rate of 95％. 7.Heavy metal adsorption on bamboo fiber → After surface modification, the adsorption rate is over 80％.
