技術簡介

本發明提供一種規章條文異動資訊管理暨條文符合性查驗系統及其方法。前述系統包括一伺服器及至少一用戶端電腦裝置，該伺服器係可提供異動的規章資訊，該用戶端電腦裝置包含一處理單元、一使用者介面單元及一資料庫，該資料庫儲存該用戶端各種規章資訊，而利用該處理單元及使用者介面單元進行該資料庫之規章條文管理及規章條文符合性查驗等工作。該伺服器提供前述異動的規章資訊予該用戶端電腦裝置，以使該用戶端根據前述異動的規章資訊，利用該處理單元及使用者介面單元進行該資料庫之規章條文異動管理及條文符合性查驗結果的更新。

Abstract

A system and method for managing and checking compliance of updated and revised rules and regulations are provided. The present system includes a server and at least a user terminal. The server provides updated and revised rules and regulations. The user terminal has a processing unit, a user interface unit and a database. The database manages various regulations and rules of the user terminal, and by the processing unit and user interface unit, the user terminal proceeds with management of the regulations and rules and checking compliance for the same. The server provides the updated and revised regulations and rules to the user terminal in order that based on them the user terminal by the processing unit and user interface unit manages the updated and revised regulations and rules and update the checking of the compliance for the same.

本專利特色如下： 1.本系統可涵蓋規章條文異動管理有需要的者，尤其是針對如ISO14001與OHSAS 18001系統驗證時之環安法規查關需求，本系統均可適用。 2.可透過網際網路線上方式，提供規章條文異動資訊服務。 3.依「過去查驗結果保留」理念而設計，當規章條文有發生修訂而需重新查驗時，使用者僅需就有發生異動的條文重新查驗，不需全部法條重新查驗，讓使用者能在過去既有的查驗基礎上修正查驗結果。 4.單一的檔案儲存格式操作，本系統採單一的檔案儲存格式，使用者只需開啟/儲存同一種檔案格式即可於前次的儲存紀錄狀態下展開作業，符合目前使用者於一般視窗介面之操作習慣。 5.適用於各種組織規模的法規查驗分工整合架構，本系統提供查驗檔案彙整的功能，多個使用者的查驗檔案可以彙整成一份檔案，並提供「同部門模式」與「跨部門模式」兩種模式的彙整方式，讓使用者可依其工作規模的需要進行分工。 6.快速產生查驗結果/分析報表，可依據使用者的法規查驗結果輸出各式查驗報表，簡化煩雜的文書整理作業。
