技術名稱: UV交聯型水性噴墨墨水配製與應用技術

技術簡介

本技術透過潤濕、研磨、安定化完成顏料微粒化至50~100nm並運自行建立噴墨適性評估系統建立配方設計與噴墨適性之關係,進而以列印品質做配方組成微調,達成噴墨列印用墨水配方研製,此技術系整合上下游技術包括:顏料研磨安定分散、Ink配製、噴墨適用評估、列印品質評估之系統性套裝技術,不但掌控完整技術,可結合上下游核心技術做多用途之應用技術開發,並可自行掌控上、下游原料。

Abstract

Through screen dispersant , grindinding and stabilization of pigment dispersion, and those could be formulated to ink on design for end-product.‘innk-jet ink .

技術規格

Y、M、C、K四顏料分散液粒徑50~100nm,通過冷凍回溫安定試驗4循環 表面張力:30~50dyne/cm 黏度:2~5cps PH:809 [Mg+2]、[Ca+2]≦30ppm [Cl-]≦100ppm 列印品質:dot gain≦150μm,uniformity≦12%,line width≦125μm
