技術名稱: sPS/黏土直接聚合技術

技術簡介

使用黏土及苯乙烯單體為原料,將黏土改質成後,與苯乙烯直接聚合成sPS/黏土新材料,層狀黏土層間完全撐開,均勻分佈於sPS中,可以提升sPS的強度及結晶溫度(Tcc),目前國內外仍未有黏土改質劑直接聚合sPS技術及材料。

技術特色

黏土改質技術除了可以將親水性改成親油性,與苯乙烯單體及觸媒有良好相容性外,層間距離亦可撐開至30A以上,利於觸媒及苯乙烯單體進入層間進行聚合反應。 直接聚合反應技術可以得到極高之產率,而黏土層間亦可完全撐開,分散效果良好。 改質劑直接聚合技術可以簡化製程,而且改質劑分佈較均勻。
