技術名稱: 3-戊烯酯羰基化合成己二酯

技術簡介

利用新觸媒使戊烯酸酯和一氧化碳及甲醇進行羰基化反應合成己二酯,國外傳統製程需使用酸性助觸媒及特殊溶劑,而本技術可簡化助觸媒系統及不必用特殊溶劑並可用二相法收回觸媒。目前正在申請專利中。

技術規格

使用鈀觸媒及雙磷基配位基,在反應溫度70~200℃,一氧化碳反應壓力1bar以上,進行碳基化反應。

使用反應物甲醇為溶劑不需其它溶劑,並可用二相法回收觸媒。
