技術名稱: PET高分子化偶合反應押出技術

技術簡介

本技術利用快速聚合之偶合反應押出技術,使PET預聚物之IV在三分鐘內提升到0.8以上,其優點為製程設備投資低,省能源及符合清潔生產之訴求。

PET酯粒IV≧0.8,MI(280℃)≦8,熔融粘度(280℃)=2~4×104 poise,mw≧100,000。

技術特色

本技術為利用IV=0.6之PET預聚物,經添加偶合劑及觸媒,以快速反應押出快速增粘PET。 可研製高熔融強度之支鏈型PET,適用於T-die押出,吹膜、發泡等押出成形加工法。 亦可利用寶特瓶及聚酯纖維之廢料或回收料來進行快速高粘化偶合反應押出,製造超高分子量PET材料。

應用範圍

高強力工業纖維、捆綁帶、包裝Sheet╱容器、發泡材料等、吹袋及押膜產品。

接受技術者具備基礎建議(設備)

1.需備有單軸或雙軸押出機。 2.需備有PET酯粒材料相關之品質分析設備。

需有高分子聚縮合及押出加工專業人才。
