技術名稱: 軋延銅箔製程技術

技術簡介

國內電子產業發達,但對應所需的金屬功能性原材的供應,相對地無法滿足需求,銅箔為其中明顯的一項。就板片材料生產技術而言,國內銅、鋼片材廠尚無法產製100μm以下之金屬薄片,亦未有廠商投入研發。隨國內電子產業膨脹,軟板,Li離子,3C產品EMI元件對軋延銅箔的需求更殷切,為促進產業競爭力,提高國內軋延材業技術能力投入本計畫。

技術特色 軋延技術-單機銅箔軋延可達10μmt厚度。 材料特性控制技術-退火製程,材料性能測試。 表面處理製程技術-脫脂、酸洗、後處理電鍍。 連續製程設計-鑄造、冷軋、退火、脫脂/酸洗、後處理電鍍。。
