技術名稱: 超高電容器材料及製程技術

技術簡介

超高電容器之市場在世界之電子產品仍屬於萌芽期,由於台灣是3C產品之重要生產基地,未來之電動機╱汽車也屬於初期成長階段,預期可協助國內廠商投資設立專業超高電容器之生產線,充份配合正在萌芽之先進3C產品及電動機汽車之設計,即早建立優勢之競爭力。本計畫已建立雛型超高電容器製作技術,包含完成電極材料選用及改良、超高電容器量產製程設備評估解析、電解液選用及比較分析,以及雛型超高電容器組裝(7F)及測試。

電子、資訊、通訊等3C產品之瞬間大電流負載用元件、電鑽及機、汽車及電動車之混成電源設計用。

接受技術者具備基礎建議(設備)

◎硬體:多頻道動態電性分析系統、超高電容器測試系統、超高電容器捲繞機、鈕釦型超高電容器組裝機、電化學分析系統、充放電分析系統、可程式波形信號合成器。  ◎軟體:電路設計、超高電容器測試設計。
