技術名稱: 廢水內包性生物固定化應用技術

技術簡介

一種二級生物性廢水處理技術,將微生物以人工方式包覆在多孔高分子聚合體中,可有效提高污泥濃度。

Abstract

A novel biological treatment technology was developed to improve wastewater treatment efficiency with small reactor footprints. Concentrated activated sludge is entrapped into cellulose triacetate gels to form gel beads. The gel beads were then used as microbial carriers for wastewater treatment. This technology has been applied to different kinds of industrial wastewater including chemical, paper, textile, food processing, and electronic industries. Stable system performance and high effluent quality were accomplished under high organic loading and low hydraulic retention time.

採內包性固定化廢水處理技術,將微生物以人工方式包覆在多孔高分子聚合體中。已開發完成固定床及流體化床兩種反應槽型式,可針對不同性質的工業廢水設計適合的處理方式。
