技術名稱: 固定化生物擔體量產技術

技術簡介

開發完成之固定化生物擔體量產技術,將包埋微生物製作擔體的步驟以自動化方式連續生產製造。擔體活化迅速,起動期短,生物活性穩定,可適用於填充床與流體化床等型式之反應器。

Abstract

An automatic immobilized cell carrier manufacturing process was developed including a prototype automatic gel bead extruder. Concentrated activated sludge is entrapped into cellulose triacetate gels to form gel beads through the extruder. The gel beads can be reactivated in a short time and used in different kinds of reactors for wastewater treatment.

技術規格

已完成日產量100kg固定化生物擔體的原型機組。可生產不同粒徑,污泥包埋濃度達30,000mg/L之圓柱狀生物擔體。
