技術名稱: 三碳光學活性中間體製備技術

技術簡介

本技術係利用lipase酵素於常溫常壓反應條件下,催化2-benzyloxy-2,3-propanediol不齊醯化合成反應以製備高光學純度(enantiomeric excess值>95%)之S-3-acetyl-2-benzyl glycerol。此一技術可衍生應用於多種光學活性化合物之生產上。不齊醯化合成技術在國外相關文獻已被發表,極具工業化潛力,其類似反應已有工業化之案例,但直至目前為止國內業界尚無此一技術。
