技術名稱: 微脂粒傳輸技術開發

技術簡介

微脂粒傳輸技術開發主要是以微脂粒包覆抗癌藥物之技術發展為主,目前國外已廣泛的應用微脂粒於藥物傳輸系統及化妝品活性成份之載體。本所之技術包含配方中所使用磷脂質成份及比例之研究、製備方法、製程量產、產品規格或性質如粒徑大小、包覆率及藥含量之分析暨產品之安定性試驗。利用前臨床之動物試驗探討微脂粒產品之動物生體毒性與藥物血中濃度,並協助廠商進行臨床試驗之規畫。
