技術名稱: 保麗龍轉換系統能源技術

技術簡介

以廢保麗龍裂解之衍生油品作為溶煤,將溶解後之保麗龍於低溫下(攝氏400度以下)裂解為油氣,經冷卻即成為液態衍生油品。衍生油品產率大於80wt%,剩餘重質成分則做為下次裂解之油煤,系統全密封無廢氣且無廢渣清除之環保問題。

技術特色

1.以衍生產品作為溶煤,溶解保麗龍以減少體積過濾雜質、儲存與輸送。 2.裂解剩餘之重質油作為油煤以進行加熱,消除反應器結碳問題。 3.操作溫度低於攝氏400度,反應壓力接近大氣常壓,操作安全且節省能源。 4.加熱系統採裂解衍生油品作為燃料,節省成本。
