技術名稱: 奈米顏料噴墨墨水研製技術

技術簡介

本技術以數微米之顏料為原料,透過分散劑篩選及配方組合、研磨製程最佳化及分散安定化完成顏料微粒化至30nm,並運用自行建立噴墨適性評估系統建立配方設計與噴墨適性之關係,進而以列印品做配方組成微調,達成噴墨列印用墨水配方研製,此技術系整合上下游技術包括:顏料奈米微粒化安定分散、Ink Jet Ink配製、噴墨適評估、列印品質評估之系評之系統性套裝技術,有別於一般國內外分段式之技術,不但掌握完整技術,可結合上下游核心技術做多用途之應用技術開發,並可自行掌控上、下游原料。
