技術名稱: 籠狀多立面矽氧烷寡聚體合成技術

技術簡介

籠狀多立面矽氧烷寡聚物(RSiO1.5)8是具有立方體結構的骨架,由無機Si-O鍵構成,Si原子位於立方體的八個頂角並由O 橋相連,Si原子上的取代基R為有機基團或有機官能基團,其分子結構與二氧化矽和沸石的二級結構相似,分子尺寸小於奈米,而R基團又可以隨意變換,因此成為近幾年來典型的有機-無機混成材料;本技術可以從T-Type矽烷與Q-Type矽烷為起始原料,來合成具有籠狀多立面矽氧烷寡聚物。

Abstract

Polyhedral oligomer silsesquiloxane (POSS) is cage structure , it is builded from Si-O inorganic bond,Si atom at the eight top angle of cube structure,and bridging with O atom,there are one substitutive group R on the Si atom,its structure like silica and zeolite,molecular size is smaller nano scale,and R groupcould be change,so this structure become the typical of organic-inorganic hybrid materials.This technique is preparation POSS using T-type and Q-type silanes.

應用範圍

本技術主要是籠狀多立面矽氧烷寡聚物合成技術,該系列產品必須與其他樹脂或材料共同配合使用,具有潛力的應用範圍在低介電常數材料、表面硬度改質塗佈材料及高性能防火材料。主要應用是在IC半導體之低介電材料,其他與一般高分子材料混成為有機-無機材料在低介電、表面硬度改質及高性能防火功能上應用。
