技術名稱: 奈米顏料分散技術

技術簡介

奈米有機顏料分散技術廣用於塗料/油墨、機能性粉體分散等應用製程,化工所已成功開發實驗室級與試量產分散技術,並建立相關放大製程技術。建立單批5kg顏料含量>25wt% 批次示量產之裝置,可製備粒徑70nm-130nm

Abstract

Organic Pigment dispersion technology was widely used in various field, such as paint, ink, functional powder dispersing and application etc. MCL has been sucessed developed labortary, pilot scale nano-sized pigment dispersion technology and related scale-up technolgy. The process and pilot dispersion equipment of the nano-sized (70- 130nm) pigment dispersion with 10%wt pigment content, 5 liter per batch was designed and established. Labortary scale and pilot scale grinding equipment design, grinding prcoess and control, grinding beads selection rule, dispersion separation and filtration method were all developed .

擺脫市售分散裝置的缺點,以立式批次多樣化控制產製產品;分散製程在換色或操作之便利性高;設備自行設計組裝,維護及操作簡便;分散液產品具高光穿透度、及高彩度為奈米等級,可搭配分析系統產製不同等級產品;同時建立實驗室系統可建立相互比對機制。
