技術名稱: 水性紫外線可交聯數位墨水

技術簡介

克服紫外線反應性單體及binder的導入所引起奈米顏料分散不安定及對噴墨頭之相容性的問題;本技術透過篩選反應性墨水中之主成份(Monomer, binder , initiator)等、調整HLB值篩選分散劑及探討其分散安定性、考慮噴墨時墨水於孔道之流體行為,藉由黏度及表面張力的控制使其噴墨順利,並探討參配墨水流程使奈米水性紫外線反應性噴墨墨水得以安定,且噴墨速度達5m/s以上
