技術名稱: 製備超微粒顆粒之新型反應裝置

技術簡介

以新型反應區設計,加強微觀混合程度,同時具備使絕大多數反應物在第一時間即以為成核反應所消耗,而無多餘的反應物進行長晶反應。同時限制晶體長晶的環境,將晶體控制於微乳液滴所形成的微小反應器中,限制所長成晶體的大小。

Abstract

Nano-size particle production can be obtained by elevate the intensity of micromixing while simultaneously constrain the precipitation reaction proceed in micro-reactor via the novel reactor design

技術特色

超重力反應技術的建立,將可以應用於化學沉澱法在各種金屬氧化物奈米材料的製作,容易商業化量產,大幅降低生產成本約30%~50%。
