技術名稱: 多孔性中空纖維膜技術

技術簡介

本計畫以聚丙烯(polypropylene)為纖維原料以特殊紡絲技術製備具層狀結晶結構之中空纖維,繼之以延伸處理,撕裂層晶結構以形成孔洞。如此製成之多孔性聚丙烯中空纖維膜具有纖維外徑約300μm、膜壁厚約50μm、孔隙度大於40%、孔徑大小在0.02-0.1μm之間,已達美、日技術領先國之水準。此外亦可應用表面改質技術將懼水性聚丙烯中空纖維改質成親水性中空纖維膜以擴大其在分離、純化及回收等領域之應用範圍。
