技術簡介

本技術以polysulfone為纖維原料，調整紡絲條件採用濕式相分離技術製備具分離性能之中空纖維膜，製成之分離用polysulfone中空纖維膜具有纖維外徑800-500mm；內徑500-300mm；透水率：40-400 L/m2.hr.bar；截流分子量：30K?60K。本技術所製造之中空纖維膜已達美、日技術領先國之水準。此外亦可應用表面改質技術加入不同功能以擴大其應用範圍

Abstract

This technology uses polysulfone as material by adjusting the spinning conditions to produce separation hollow fiber membrane via phase-change wet spinning technique. Hollow fiber membranes thus-produced possesses outer diameter of 800-500mm, inner diameter of 500-300mm, permeation flux of 40-400 L/m2.hr.bar and molecular weight cut-off of 30K?60K。The properties of hollow fiber membrane produce using the technology have met the standard of commerical product of USA and Japan. Moreover, the surface modification of hollow fiber membrane to induce various functions can provide more applications in future.
