技術名稱: 現地生物復育技術處理受污染之地下水

技術簡介

發展利用地下水中原有的微生物,供給適當的營養源以提高地下水中的微生物數量,使其得以顯著地分解受有機物污染之地下水。目前完成部份實驗室工作,包括利用厭氧生物分解的技術去分解高含氯的有機物,例如四氯乙烯,視現地菌相族群的差異,有的可以直接將四氯乙烯完全脫氯,有的則僅能脫除到二氯乙烯就停止;但是本計畫亦發展微生物好氧性共代謝的技術,可以將三氯乙烯等氧化掉。 另外,針對受石油類污染之地下水,已經進行到現場的小規模實驗。所採用的技術為現地好氧微生物生物分解。利用現地地下水層中的微生物菌群,以工程的方式供給好氧生化反應所欠缺的溶氧,或是營養源,以促進地下水中微生物的生成,進而促進生物分解的速率。此技術除生物分解外,同時系統中也包含了地下水曝氣(In- situ Air sparging),及土壤氣提技術(Sol vapor extraction),目前此模廠實驗仍在現地操作中。

Abstract

We have developed in-situ bioremediation techniques for chlorinated groundwater by anaerobic biodegradation for years. However, for the indigenous microbes that can only degrade tetrachloroethylene to dichloroethylenes, we have developed sequential zones by creating an aerobic biodegradation zone right after the anaerobic zone. Experimental data indicated successful degradation for those recalcitrant intermediates. We also had conducted a pilot scale in-situ bioremediation for petroleum-contaminated aquifer. Bio-sparging was applied as the key component to turn on the aerobic biodegradation in groundwater. A SVE (soil vapor extraction) system was applied to collect the vented air from aquifer. The results indicated the contaminants concentration dropped significantly after bio-sparging was applied.
