技術名稱: 有機無機混成奈米材料技術

技術簡介

本技術乃利用有機無機奈米混成技術,開發高透明性之材料,藉由有機材料及無機材料導入可得良好之接著性、高硬度、耐磨性、交聯性、加工性、尺寸安定性、低膨脹係數及熱安定性;藉由官能基改質技術可賦予無機材料具有良好相容性及感光性,並兼顧環保需求,減少有機溶劑之污染,開發紫外線硬化奈米塗料,提高塑膠材料表面的耐磨及硬度。

Abstract

The higher scratch and abrasion of organic inorganic hybrid coatings are developed by nanohybrid technology. The organic inorganic hybrid materials have excellent high transparency, higher scratch, abrasion and flexibility. In order to reduce organic solvent pollution, we also developed this O/I hybrid resins by UV cured.

技術規格

本技術應用於PET film hard coating可達到,硬度≧3H,耐酒精擦拭200次,通過百格試驗,穿透度>90%,耐150℃, 30min,本技術可提高熱安定性、耐磨性。

For PET film hard coating, hardness≧3H, good adhesion, aicohol resistant, tansparency>90%, pass 150℃, 30min reliability test.

技術特色

利用奈米混成技術達到高透明性、更高之接著強度、更好之尺寸安定性、均勻之分散性及表面硬度及耐磨性,適合用於PET film hard coating產品,為未來光電產業之關鍵技術及材料。

應用範圍

適合用於touch panel、conductive ITO film、low reflection、antireflection、antiglare 等 光電產業之關鍵技術及產品,以及其他塑膠材料如合成皮革、塑膠鏡片、塗料、接著劑或金屬表面塗裝。

接受技術者具備基礎建議(設備)

所需設備主要為樹脂合成設備、混合攪拌設備以及其他塗料評估之設備。

接受技術者具備基礎建議(專業)

承接廠商人員應具備特用化學品或樹脂合成、應用技術或光電相關材料製造或應用技術之技術基礎。
