技術名稱: 紫外線硬化洋紅色顏料型噴墨墨水

技術簡介

採用濕式珠磨分散將洋紅色顏料分散於光硬化溶媒中,將之製成高顏料含量之濃縮液,再將之以選用具高耐水、耐化及耐熱之組成配方調製程具有低VOC、儲存安定性高、可列印基材種類廣之UV硬化型噴墨墨水。目前噴墨已朝向機能化發展,具有高環保、耐候性及多基材廣用型之噴墨系統為新一代產品。

Abstract

Magenta pigment was dispersed and wet-milled in the UV curable monomers to prepare the pigment dispersion. The dispersion was further formulated to make the UV-curable jet inks. The formulation was studied to achieve storage stability, jettability and UV-curing reactivity of the inks. The printed images exhibited waterfastness, chemical resistance and thermal resistance. It was environmental friendly and could be printed on various kinds of substrates.
