技術名稱: 超疏水性奈米自潔性外牆塗料

技術簡介

透過學術理的基礎研究分析,經由低表面能樹脂的選用,配方的設計、製程的開發,塗料的安定性及流變性質控制,建立塗料之表面微結構形成技術,開發超疏水性自潔、防污性奈米機能塗料。

Abstract

Based on the fundamental theory of surface properties, we established the unique technique for forming surface structure by choosing the low-surface-energy resin, the alternative formula, process, increasing the stability of paints, and controlling the rheology of paints. Finally, we produced the super-hydrophobic facade paint with self-cleaning effect.

‧固含量≧ 45 wt% 。 ‧乾燥時間≦1 小時。 ‧contact angle ≧130o。 ‧塗膜耐候性 QUV > 500小時,接觸角變化 < 10 %。 ‧耐洗刷性: ≧ 2000 次。

1.利用silicone-modified樹脂,透過配方組成調控,形成表面微結構,塗膜的接觸角高於130o。 2.產品具有優良的防水及防污性。 3.塗膜乾燥性佳。

建築外牆、高樓帷幕牆、戶外塗料;衍生應用:金屬、木器、塑膠及織物等塗佈
