技術名稱: 室內一氧化碳去除技術/奈米金觸媒

技術簡介

化工所應用奈米科技以提升觸媒之效能,已可合成出2~3奈米之金觸媒,所合成之金觸媒具有非常高的觸媒活性、耐候性、及穩定性,在室溫下每一克觸媒每分鐘可將8公升1%CO/Air完全氧化。此奈米金觸媒已通過觸媒200小時壽命測試,及耐飽和濕度、高濃度CO2(45%CO2 in Air)、CO濃度震盪(0~1% 四次震盪 每次8小時)測試,CO出口濃度均低於10ppm。此研究結果已將每個防災口罩之金觸媒使用量降至10克以下,並完成實體測試,使金觸媒防災口罩更具競爭優勢。所開發之奈米金觸媒亦可應用於燃氣熱水器排於之CO去除,充分顯現奈米科技之實用價值。

Abstract

The nano-particle gold catalysts have three advantages: (1) high reaction rate, (2) high selectivity, and (3) relatively low reaction temperature. The prepared catalysts were supported over certain carrier with grain size less than 5nm (DAu:2~3nm). These catalysts show high activity for the CO oxidation (0~10,000ppm) at room temperature with space velocity of 500,000 hr-1. The life test has verified for 200hrs. Moreover, the catalysts can be easily scale-up and economical competitive.
