技術名稱: 製備超微粒微胞之新型反應裝置

技術簡介

超重力反應裝置所提供之強大攪拌功可以補償乳化劑所提供之化學能,使得油相與水相在反應裝置中暫時性達成乳化狀態;由Von Smoluchovski理論計算得知,超重力反應滯留時間(0.01~0.001 sec)較100~500 nm微胞穩定時間(0.003~0.1 sec)為長,此時即可以在乳化狀態中存在的微胞中進行反應,該技術目前專利撰寫中。

Abstract

High-gravity reaction apparatus offers very high degree of mixing power that keep phases from separation. Residence time high-gravity reaction apparatus is about 0.01~0.001, which is shorter than stability time of 100~500 nm water drop in oil phase (0.0003~0.1 sec). This means that there is enough time for precipitation reaction in the micro-reactor form analytical calculation form Von Smoluchovski theory

技術特色

無乳化劑微乳化奈米微粉製造技術同時可以提供微乳化反應技術所擁有的良好的顆粒均勻度與分散性,並改善現行微乳化反應技術液體中奈米微粉含量受限於微胞所佔液體比例,使產品漿料中固含量低於1/1000的缺點

應用範圍

該技術可以產製粒徑小於30 nm的奈米粉體,包括氧化鐵、氧化鋅等,應用於磁性流體、光觸媒、紫外線吸收等。
