技術名稱: 降壓式壓電變壓器製作技術

技術簡介

本實驗室已開發降壓式陶瓷壓電變壓器的基本組成,主要工作在厚度振動模態,適當修正PbTiO3的基本組成後用來製作降壓式陶瓷壓電變壓器的材料,因為這材料的機電偶合係數(Electromechanical Coupling Factors, Kt/Kp)具有較大的各異向性(anisotropy)。 技術的重點包括材料系統、製程及電氣性的量測。計畫目標是發展降壓式陶瓷壓電變壓器。技術的結果是:壓電材料特性是Kt=45%和Qm=545。壓電厚膜基板為27μm。降壓式陶瓷壓電變壓器的工作頻率為2.2MHz及功率密度為132W/in3。

Abstract

Focus of the research includes the material system, manufacturing process and characteristics measurement. The objectives of the project were to develop step down type multi-layer ceramic transformer. The results this research were: (1). Piezoelectric ceramic composition: the properties were kt=45% and Qm=545. (2). Piezoelectric substrate thick film 27 μm was fabricated. (3). Step-down type multi-layer ceramic transformer. the properties were operating frequency =2.2MHz and power density=132W/in3 at load resistance=10Ω.

技術特色

近年來在通信與消費電子的技術發展上,從產品的體積縮小、重量減輕和薄型化的過程中已經有很大的進步。尤其在操作在厚度振動方向模態陶瓷壓電變壓器應用於電源模組直流-直流(DC-DC)的轉換器(Converter)上,已經吸引許多相關的研究單位投入研究與發展,因為陶瓷壓電變壓器可以降低電源模組轉換器(1/3)以上的體積(以10W為例)。
