技術名稱: 太陽能電池極高純度矽精煉及純化技術

技術簡介

針對矽基(Silicon Wafer based)太陽能電池之原料 –超高純度矽進行開發,其主要之技術包含(1)冶金級矽製粉技術、(2)矽粉末酸液浸蝕技術(Acid Leaching)及(3)矽方向性凝固技術。

技術規格

冶金級矽經過此一製程技術之後,其純度將由原先之99.5%到達99.999%以上。

技術特色

完成冶金級矽粉末製備製程穩定度分析、半量產型酸液浸蝕(Acid Leaching)先導型設備及製程建立,完成方向性凝固試驗,純化後之矽純度達99.999%。

應用範圍

矽基(Silicon Wafer based)太陽能電池之原料,太陽能電池產業,平面顯示器產業、特殊光學玻璃及特殊建築用玻璃產業。
