技術名稱: UASB廢水處理技術

技術簡介

UASB處理槽主要由四個部份構成,即(1)進流水分佈裝置,(2)污泥床,(3)污泥毯,(4)氣固液分離裝置。污泥床是沈澱在處理槽底部的一層濃厚污泥顆粒,而污泥毯則為污泥床上方與厭氣反應所產生的氣體混合之懸浮污泥部份。進入處理槽的廢水在污泥床和污泥毯區被厭氣分解,產生的氣體和隨其上浮的懸浮污泥在氣固液分離區分別被導引,氣體收集並排出槽外,而懸浮污泥則於水流較穩定的區域沈澱並回到處理槽中,處理水則排出槽外進入後續單元。

Abstract

The upflow anaerobic sludge bed reactor (UASB) consists of distributors, a sludge bed zone, a sludge blanket, and a gas/liquid/solid separator. The sludge bed zone is a bottom layer of packed sludge, and the sludge blanket is a mixture of suspended sludge and biogas. Wastewater flows upward through a sludge bed that is covered by a floating blanket of active bacterial flocs. The pollutants in wastewater are degraded in sludge blanket and sludge bed zone, biogas generated and suspended sludge are separated by the gas/liquid/solid separator. The treated water is discharged into sequent unit for further treatment.

技術規格

1. 高體積效率,體積負荷大於3 kg COD/m3-day,處理槽所需體積較小,節省投資成本。 2. 處理槽因效率高且佔地面積小,故土地利用效率可大於50 kg COD/m2-day,比傳統喜氣活性污泥法高5倍以上。 3. 低污泥產量,污泥產率小於0.05 kg SS/kg CODr,免供氧故能源消耗低,廢水適用範圍非常廣,對於水質和負荷變動的忍受力高。

技術特色

UASB處理程序是近代廢水厭氣處理技術發展過程中,最具代表性的一項技術,其特點為: 1. 槽內污泥濃度高,處理效率高 2. 不需曝氣,動力消耗低 3. 污泥產率低,二次污染性低 4. 特別適合推展應用於地狹人稠、資源不足等條件限制的地區。

應用範圍

本技術已為成熟商業化技術,實際工程應用於膠帶、石化、化工、醱酵、塑膠等各種工業廢水之處理。廠商包括:亞洲化學、光正化工、菸酒公賣局宜蘭等7個酒廠、華隆公司頭份總廠加工二廠、加工三廠、長春石化苗栗廠、復興航空公司、菸酒公賣局花蓮酒廠、大穎化工全興廠、統一企業新市廠、台石化…等公司,15年內工研院直接技術輔導產業,已促進投資超過7億元。
