技術名稱: Fenton家族廢水高級氧化處理技術

技術簡介

目前台灣有很多產業的廢水處理場須增設高級廢水處理單元才能達到現行的放流水標準,其中Fenton氧化法(H2O2/Fe2+)被認為是一種最有效、簡單且經濟的方法。Fenton氧化法雖有高效率、低操作費的優點,但同時因其會產生大量的鐵污泥,成為應用時的一大缺點。工研院以Fenton氧化法產生?OH (hydroxyl radical)的原理為基礎,針對Fenton法污泥產量太多的缺點加以改良,利用電場或結晶技術來提升處理效果及降低化學污泥產量,稱為Fenton家族高級處理技術-包括傳統Fenton法、電解氧化-Fenton法(簡稱FentonⅡ)、電解還原-Fenton法(簡稱FentonⅢ)、及流體化床-Fenton法(簡稱FentonⅣ)。電解還原-Fenton法及流體化床-Fenton法為目前的重點低污泥處理技術,前者適用於高濃度生物難分解廢水(COD>1000mg/L)的處理,可作為生物前處理以改善水質,提升後續生物處理能力;後者適用於低濃度生物難分解廢水(COD<1000mg/L,一般用於COD<500mg/L)的處理,可用於生物後的處理,以加強對放流水水質的把關工作。

Abstract

In Taiwan, many industrial wastewater treatment plants must add advanced treatment units to meet the effluent standards. Among various advanced oxidation processes, Fenton’s reagent (H2O2/Fe2+) has been known to be effective. The major drawback of Fenton’s reaction, however, is the production of substantial amount of sludge that requires further disposal. To solve this problem, ITRI has developed a series of modified Fenton technologies. These technologies, herein termed “Fenton Family technologies”, not only reduce the iron sludge but also improve the COD removal efficiency using the electrolysis and crystallization. The evolution of Fenton Family technologies includes four methods: conventional Fenton, Feox-Fenton (Fenton II), Fered-Fenton (Fenton III), and FBR-Fenton (Fenton IV) processes. Fenton III and Fenton IV methods are the used methods to treat high concentration and low concentration refractory wastewaters, respectively. Typically, Fenton III process is used as pretreatment technique (i.e., COD>1000 mg/L) and Fenton IV as the advanced technique to meet the effluent standard. It has been demonstrated that Fenton III process can enhance the wastewater biodegradability.

技術特色

1. 電解還原-Fenton法是利用電解還原的方法使Fe3+在陰極再還原為Fe2+催化劑,反應pH約操作在1.5左右,特別適合處理高COD且難生物分解的有機廢液。 2. 流體化床-Fenton係利用流體化床的方式使Fenton法所產生之三價鐵大部份得以結晶或沈澱披覆在流體化床之擔體表面上,此鐵氧化物同時具有異相催化的效果,是一項結合了同相化學氧化(Fenton法)、異相化學氧化(H2O2/FeOOH)、流體化床結晶及FeOOH的還原溶解等功能的新技術。

應用範圍

1. 石化、化工、人纖、紡織、染整、印刷電路板、造紙、合成樹脂、製藥、皮革等行業生物處理後的高級處理程序。已實際應用於台灣化纖、中華映管、亞洲微電、麗嘉、倍利等公司。 2. 石化、化工、染料、印刷電路板、金屬表面處理、半導體、製藥、皮革等行業高濃度生物難分解廢水的前處理程序。已實際應用於遠東紡織、岡山空軍基地、楠梓電子、聯華電子、南亞技術學院等單位。
