技術名稱: 厭氣流體化床生物處理技術

技術簡介

厭氣流體化床生物處理技術為利用反應槽內填充細小擔體(media),以提供廣大表面積供厭氣微生物附著,並利用快速上昇水流使生物膜擔體呈流體化狀態(fluidized),增加基質傳送速率(substrate transfer rate),進而提高生物處理效率的一種有機廢水處理技術。

Abstract

The anaerobic fluidized bed (AFB) applies fine inert carriers to offer a large surface area for adherence and growth of anaerobic microorganisms. The carriers are fluidized via water up-flow to enhance the mass-transfer and degradation rates of organic pollutants. Various types of wastewater have been treated using the AFB process. It includes food processing, fermentation, paper mill, chemical manufacturing, and resin manufacturing wastewater, etc.

技術規格

1. 高體積效率,體積負荷大於3 kg COD/m3-day,處理槽所需體積較小,節省投資成本。 2. 處理槽呈瘦高形,高度可達22m,直徑為1.5m至5.0m,土地利用負荷>100kgCOD/m2.day。 3. 低污泥產量,污泥產率小於0.05 kg SS/kg CODr,免供氧故能源消耗低,廢水適用範圍非常廣,對於水質和負荷變動的忍受力高。

應用範圍

1.化工業廢水:壓克力漿料、聚酯纖維、聚酯樹脂、油性樹脂(酚醛、氨基、酸醇樹酯等)、高濃度硝酸鹽。 2.食品業廢水:乳品、飲料。 3.人纖業廢水:酯化廢水。
