技術名稱: 交替進流間歇循環曝氣生物處理技術

技術簡介

AICAR生物處理技術全名為交替進流間歇循環曝氣生物處理技術(Alternative Intermittent Cyclic Aeration Reactor),是由修正傳統式活性污泥法,保留原有連續進流的方式與曝氣系統,僅改變操作方式,並使用電腦程序操作。就生物處理程序而言,是屬於連續進流廢水,但定時切換進入不同的反應槽。就曝氣而言,一部份反應槽為連續曝氣,其它反應槽則屬於間歇曝氣操作。AICAR能有效達到改善污泥沉降性與抑制絲狀菌,提高喜氣活性污泥的MLSS濃度,降低食微比,提升生物處理效率。

Abstract

The activated sludge process is modified by using the alternative inflow and intermittent aeration.A single reactor is separated into two compartments, the front one is continuous aerated and the rear one is intermittently aerated and clarified. When wastewater is pumping into the reactor A, it is clarified in the rear zone of reactor A and discharged into the final clarifier. When reactor A is feeding with wastewater, at the same time, the reactor B is without inflow and aerated. The operation modes of reactor A and B are switched alternatively according to the approximate aeration time for biodegradation. Comparing to the existed system, AICAR has been successfully used to inhibit the bulking sludge only with few changes of operation and modification on hardware.

技術規格

1. 廢水交替進流兩系列反應槽 (串聯反應槽/長方形反應槽)。 2. 在其中一個系列反應槽進流廢水,並控制前段反應槽曝氣,與後段反應槽不曝氣,不曝氣區域做為沉澱池使用。 3. 另一個系列反應槽則全面曝氣。 4. 兩個系列反應槽交替使用以達到連續進流、沉降與出流的功能。 5. 藉由操作策略的調整,達到克制污泥膨化及廢水處理之效果。

1. 具有連續流與批式反應槽處理功能。 2. 同一反應槽中具有同時曝氣與污泥沉降之功能。 3. 不同區域DO 、COD 與MLSS濃度均不相同。 4. 有喜氣選擇槽功能,剋制污泥膨化。 5. 處理操作控制簡易,並能避免其它相關處理槽的投資。 6. 節省部份曝氣動力。
