技術名稱: 流體化床結晶在水及廢水上處理技術

技術簡介

利用0.2?0.5mm 矽砂擔體在結晶槽中作為結晶核種,欲處理之廢水及添加藥劑係由該反應槽之底部進入並向上流動,而該反應槽外有一迴流水迴路,用以調整進流水過飽和度及達到擔體上流速度,使欲處理的無機離子於矽砂擔體表面形成穩態結晶體,當晶體粒徑達1?2 mm後,排出槽外進行回收再利用或達到廢棄物減量之目的。

Abstract

Silicate sands with size range from 0.2 to 0.5 mm are added as carriers into fluidized bed crystallization reactor. Wastewater and reagents are pumped into the bottom of reactor, and flow upward. Recycle loop is designed to control the appropriate super-saturation and optimum up-flow velocity. Inorganic ions of interest form stable crystal of metal salt attached on the carriers. After growing to 1 to 2 mm, the crystals are discharged for recycle or waste reduction.

1. 濃度與停留時間成正比,反應槽停留時間隨濃度數十至數萬 mg/L,可由數分鐘至數小時不等。 2. 無機廢水中陽或陰離子去除效率達80?99.9%。
