技術名稱: 含重金屬清洗水回收技術

技術簡介

本技術利用離子交換樹脂以回收含重金屬清洗水,其可選擇性的吸附游離氰及金屬氰錯合物,吸附飽和後之離子交換樹脂可利用特定之再生劑進行再生,再生率可達90%。選擇樹脂再串接純水樹脂,可完全去除水中之導電性離子,處理後水質導電度高於1MΩ,可回收再利用。

Abstract

An ion exchange technology is developed to remove free cyanide and metal cyanide complexes from electroplating wastewater. Selective ion exchange resin is used to absorb free cyanide and metal cyanide complexes from heavy metal-rich rinsing waste solution. Saturated resin is eluted through specific reagent. An elution efficiency of 90% is achieved. Effluent of ion exchange system can be further treated with pure water resin to obtain high quality reclaimed water. The reclaimed water is ion free with a conductivity of over 1 MΩ and is suited for electroplating process.

技術特色

本技術與流體化床電解回收技術整合,可應用於電鍍製程線上回收金屬及清洗水,可達幾近零排放(near zero discharge)之目標,可取代傳統化學混凝沈澱處理方法,可降低廢水處理成本,並回收有用金屬。

應用範圍

IC導線架電鍍業、PCB業金手指電鍍製程、氰系裝飾電鍍製程。
