技術名稱: 流體分佈裝置

技術簡介

本發明係一種新型的水流分佈裝置,應用於引導水流進入反應槽並使其均勻分佈,以達增進反應效率之目的。主要由導管、浮子、開口以及導流罩等四個部份所構成。本發明裝置藉管徑逐步擴張及逆向導引水流之原理,使進入反應槽之水流均勻分佈,且可防止水流逆回管線,避免水流中之固體物堵塞問題,為一種極具實用價值的裝置。

Abstract

This invention is a novel device for distributor for fluid. To increase mixing and reactive efficiency, this device could conduct directly liquid into the reactor and distribute evenly in the whole reactor. The main component includes conducting pipe, check ball, nozzle, and conducting cap. The concept for this device was focused on even distribution in the whole reactor and prevent against the current flow into piping system resulting in a clogging problem by means of diameter increasing gradually and the principal of against the current for fluid.

技術規格

(1)本新型水流分佈裝置,應用於引導流體進入反應槽,其包括導管部、開口部、浮子部以及導流罩部等四個部份所構成。 (2)水流通過開口部流速設計,以低於3 m/sec為原則。

Technical Specification

(1)This device including conducting pipe, nozzle, check ball and conducting cap could be applied to conduct fluid into reactor and distribute evenly in whole reactor. (2)The flow velocity was recommended to less than 3 m/sec passing through the nozzle.
