技術名稱: 有機無機混成耐磨耗材料與製程技術

技術簡介

利用表面改質技術賦予溶凝膠(sol-gel)表面具有機能性,如感光性或熱塑性等符合製程需求,但因含有無機成份,所以比起一般高分子之硬度為高,更重要的是此材料由於含有有機成份,因此與塑膠基材有極佳之相容性。專利正申請當中。

Abstract

We have developed a surface-modifying technique to endow sol-gel material with specific properties, e.g. photosensitivity or thermal curing to fit the fabrication process. Because of the inorganic parts, the hardness of these materials are higher than ordinary polymers, and there are also organic parts, so these materials will have excellent compatibility with plastic substrate. The patent of this technology had been submitted.

技術特色

目前已開發具熱交聯型及感光型的有機無機混成耐磨耗材料。有機/無機混成溶凝膠具有賦予機能性之有機修飾端,此端可視應用面之需求設計所需之官能基;而材料的另一端則由無機結構之金屬氧化鍵結提供材料所欲之硬度,另外,材料可藉由有機及無機成分比例之調控,調變材料之折射率及熱膨脹係數使其與基材相容性更加。
