技術名稱: 新型OLED藍色發光材料及其合成技術

技術簡介

有機電激發光顯示技術發展至今已成為下世代顯示技術主流,其中的關鍵技術之一便是發展同時具有高效率與高載子傳輸效率的發光材料與載子傳輸材料。目前我們已經發展一系列的新型菲系化合物合成技術,此外將這些菲系化合物應用於多層元件的發光層可製備出高效率的藍光元件,除了可得到不同色度的藍光,其效率也高達 9.49cd/A。

Abstract

Organic light-emitting diode (OLED) is a leading candidate as a next-generation display technology, and the development of usable materials for emitting and carrier-transporting is one of the key issues to achieve high performance. Based on our work, we have developed a class of phenanthrene derivatives which is suitable used as emitting materials for producing efficient blue emission of electroluminescent devices. Multi-layer organic EL devices using these fluorescent materials as an emission layer produced various blue lights with good chromaticity and luminous efficiency as high as 9.49 cd/A.none

最終材料產品,產率 > 45 %。 光激發與電激發光譜範圍:380 ~ 470nm。 玻璃轉移溫度 > 120 ℃。 裂解溫度 > 430 ℃。

技術特色

OLED發展在這幾年極為迅速,2004 ~ 2007年複成長率高達56%,其原始專利即將於2005年到期。目前發光層材料組成趨勢為摻雜系統(Dopping system),即由一高能隙材料為主材料(Host),高亮度的螢光或磷光染料為客材料(Guest),利用能量轉移或是電荷束縛的方式驅使客材料發光。基於有機材料在穩定度上考量,藍光材料在色域與效率的改善部分仍舊有努力的空間

應用範圍

可應用於高分子光電元件,如:電激發光二極體平面顯示器、各類平面發光源、太陽能電池、塑膠IC、感測元件…等。
