技術名稱: Y, M, C,K紫外線交聯顏料微粒化分散技術

技術簡介

本技術開發紫外光硬化顏料型噴墨墨水中之關鍵材料 - 紫外線硬化顏料分散濃縮液。透過關鍵技術之建立,針對Y, M, C, K顏料進行研究,獲得顏料分散濃縮液分散液粒徑小於100nm,顏料含量15wt%,具安定性,可用於紫外光硬化噴墨墨水之配製上。主要技術包含:(a)紫外光硬化顏料分散系統,包含裝置系統及其週邊系統等可用於紫外光硬化顏料之分散製程。(b)紫外光硬化噴墨用顏料分散技術:透過顏料界面特性分技術,瞭解粉體之界面特性,搭配粉體與溶媒之極性及酸鹼特性分析及分散劑篩選技術,針對顏料界面特性建立快速篩選分散劑安定體系,並設計分散配方。(c)分散研磨製程技術:探討溶媒特性、分散劑、研磨介質等最適化及分散製程條件與配方間的相互影響關係,建立最適化紫外線硬化顏料分散製程。

Abstract

Through analysis of pigment surface characteristic, selection guide line of dispersants for UV-curable base dispersing the selection rules of milling micro-beads and milling process has been established. The stability and size of UV-curable dispersed magenta pigment depend on pigment surface characteristic, monomer, dispersants , milling beads and milling process. The particle size of pigment dispersion after milling is within 100nm with 15wt% pigment content. Using the UV-curable pigment dispersion formulate to ink-jet ink, it shown high adhesion with the substrate and color strength. The key technologies: (a) UV-curable pigment dispersion system technology: milling system (milling beads, agitator diameter, …) (b) UV-curable pigment dispersion technology: characteristic pigment surface, selection guide line of dispersants and dispersants recipe for dispersing (c) UV-curable pigment milling process: agitating conditions

技術特色

微細化顏料微粒的分散液,具有較佳之展色特性、耐光、耐候及耐水性。本技術可應用在不同基材上的噴繪之噴墨墨水之調製。

應用範圍

紫外線硬化顏料微粒化分散技術應用於不吸墨基材影像輸出之噴墨墨水,如海報、婚紗處理、廣告媒體等寬幅列印機台之列印。尚可開拓紫外線硬化顏料微粒化分散技術應用於噴印在金屬、塑膠、橡膠、陶瓷、木材等不吸墨材質之用途,如:標記條碼、製造標示、包裝、表面塗裝等用途之應用,取代傳統塗料或印刷油墨之溶劑型油墨之紫外線硬化顏料微粒化分散技。
