技術名稱: 奈米結晶二氧化鈦膠體製程技術

技術簡介

利用溶膠凝膠法,於低溫(<100℃)合成高固含量奈米結晶二氧化鈦之膠體溶液,晶體為銳鈦礦晶粒大小約為5nm,可作為透明二氧化鈦光催化薄膜之塗布溶液。

Abstract

Nanocrystalline titanium oxide sol was synthesized by sol-gel method under temperature lower than 100℃. The TiO2 crystal phase is anantase and the size is around 5nm. This nanocrystalline TiO2 sol can be used as the coating solution to form transparent photocatalytic film.

技術規格

固含量10wt%以上奈米結晶光觸媒的懸浮溶液,結晶粒徑5nm,晶相為銳鈦礦,可塗布形成透明之光催化薄膜,具備有除臭、抗菌抑霉、自潔與除污的效果。

技術特色

提供利用傳統合成設備製程製作奈米級金屬氧化物,不需高溫便可得到奈米結晶二氧化鈦懸浮液,便於下游塗佈、覆載應用,並可提升傳統產業的競爭力。

本技術將可應用於抗菌自潔材料、防霧玻璃、空氣或水淨化處理,包括建築內外裝材料如磁磚、玻璃等;空氣清淨家電用品;汽車鋼板與玻璃;農業肥料廢水處理;純水處理
