技術名稱: 低折射率奈米孔洞光學塗裝

技術簡介

本計畫主要工作在於抗反射光學元件之開發,該元件則分別由透明基材以及具有奈米結構的光學塗層所構成,經由研究結果得知,奈米結構的孔徑分佈必須低於該光學塗裝應用波段(可見光波段)或鄰近該波段。計畫中亦針對上述元件之製作參數建立與相關應用進行一系列實驗評估。

Abstract

This program relates to a method for producing an element comprising a substrate and at least one anti-reflection coating layer with pore. The pore size of the anti-reflection coating are below the wavelength of visible light or the neighboring spectral ranges. This program also relates to an element produced according to this method with at least one anti-reflection coating, for example LCD surface treatment.

技術特色

化工所自行研發之抗反射光學塗裝(UCL ARC)具有較為簡單的產品結構(單層或雙層)且其抗反射特性可涵蓋完整的可見光區(400 ~ 780 nm),且其具有光學特性優異與低成本等特性。

應用範圍

(1)桌上型或壁掛型平面顯示器:如LCD monitor、LCD TV、PDP TV、筆記型電腦等相關以塑膠薄膜或玻璃基板作為顯示器表面基材之產品其表面抗反射處理。 (2)手持式行動設備:個人數位助理(PDA)、行動電話、全球定位衛星導航(GPS)等相關以塑膠薄板作為顯示器表面基材之產品其表面抗反射處理。 (3)其他:展覽或展示櫥窗抗反射塗裝、車內或室內相關鏡面或透明基材抗反射光學塗裝。
