技術簡介

針對薄膜電晶體型液晶顯示器(TFT-LCD)產業使用之液晶，本技術提供可在短時間內將高單價的污染液晶純化至新品規格，純化後阻值> 1.0 x 1013 Ωcm，達到再生使用，節省成本的方法。已完成回收TFT液晶純化技術，並建立純化試製程序，處理量達1Kg/day，本純化技術所純化之液晶亦已通過多家面板廠的可靠度測試。

Abstract

四、技術簡介(英文) As to purify the lqiuid crystal used in the thin film transistor liquid crystal display(TFT-LCD), the purification process is investigated. The contaminated TFT liquid crystal is well purified in a short period to qualify the spec. of new TFT liquid crystal with specific resistance >1.0 x 1013 Ωcm. As a result, the contaminated liquid crystals can be recycled and the costs of producing TFT-LCD are lowered. The purification technology of recycled TFT liquid crystals is established and the purification capacity has scaled up to 1Kg/day.The established technology of the purified TFT liquid crystals has passed the reliability tests of several TFT-LCD panel plants.
