技術名稱: 氟系高分子刷表面聚合技術

技術簡介

基材先經primer處理(表面改質,增加反應性),接著以self-assembly方式與起始劑進行接枝反應,再與氟系單體進行原子轉移自由基聚合(ATRP)反應,於基材表面直接聚合長成高分子刷。其最終試片測得接觸角105度,透明度93%,膠帶測試91/100。 若選用不同之單體可應用於帶電層膜、抗反射膜、生物晶片之領域應用。

技術特色

氟系高分子刷與基材間為化學鍵結,非一般較弱之凡德瓦作用力,且接枝密度高,有利降低傾斜角(Sliding Angle),水滴不易殘留。

玻璃、陶磁、矽晶片等。
