技術名稱: 新穎紅色磷光有機電激發光材料以及使用其之元件裝置

技術簡介

新穎紅色磷光有機電激發光材料MCL-PR是金屬銥和兩個配位基及一個具有單一負電荷雙牙輔助基所形成的錯合物,該d6族的銥(Ir)金屬錯合物有強烈的自旋-軌道偶合作用(spin-orbital coupling),使電子的傳遞可透過金屬-配位基電荷轉移3MLCT(Metal to Ligand Charge Transfer)和3(π-π*)配位基的混合,促使來自單重激發態至三重激發態系間穿越能力的增加,而跨越了自旋禁阻,因此增強磷光的發光效率。該磷光放射波長落在紅光範圍(600~660nm),同時具有高發光效率及高色純度之新穎紅光材料,較先前技術更為優良。該化合物具有容易合成,高顏色純度以及高發光效率之優點。此外,該化合物做成之發光元件是符合現有電視NTSC規格之有機電激發光元件。
