技術名稱: 新穎藍色磷光Host材料

技術簡介

"現今磷光材料在OLED元件內的放光機制須搭配能階相當的主發光體材料(host)才能達到最佳的放光效果與量子效率。傳統市售或學術上發表的磷光OLED元件用主發光層材料多屬於含有carbazole片段或是多苯矽取代基的衍生物,然而這些已知的材料有著熱穩定性不佳或運用在元件上產生低電流密度,導致電壓過高等問題,本技術為新的化學結構,將具有電洞傳輸性質的Carbazole片段,與具有電子傳輸性質的中央核心結構引入到我們所設計的主發光體材料中,並搭配藍色磷光材料,進而提升PHOLED的元件效率。 "
