技術名稱: 有機發光二極體元件用絕緣膜光阻

技術簡介

有機發光二極體(organic light emitting diode (OLED))製作元件包含一基材、基材上第一透明導電層、絕緣膜層、有機發光層及第二層導電層;提供電極一適當的電壓時,有機發光層即可產生可見光。絕緣膜層的主要目的為覆蓋第一透明導電層電極線路的邊緣,避免與第二層導電層電極產生短路或干擾(cross talk)現象產生;同時在全彩OLED上也提供區分紅、綠、藍三顏色的功能。然而絕緣膜層在第一透明導電層的形狀也是良率的關鍵問題,本發明使用正形絕緣膜光阻提供一個易形成傾斜角、表面平滑及製程條件易控制的光阻絕緣膜。

Abstract

The present invention is to provide a photosensitive insulating film employed onto an OLED device, wherein it provides an easily formed inclining angle, smooth surface, and fabrication conditions be easily controlled positive insulating film photoresist, and covers the edge of transparent electrode (anode) to avoid the breakdown or interference with conductive layer (cathode) and to increase the yields of production.
